Autumn Serenity

I guess I am missing Autumn in New York more than I thought. This picture was taken while visiting upstate NY in 2002. An amazing time. It was a long weekend with one of my best friends. Driving through the mountains and finding this amazing calming farm had made our trip worthwhile. I love this picture. It is one of my favorites I have ever taken. The tree in full color against the bluest of skies made me appreciate nature. We may not have gotten what we set out to achieve on that trip, but I will always have the memories and the photos to reflect on.
